EJECTION OF GUESTS

An innkeeper may refuse or deny accommodations, facilities or privileges of a hotel or lodging house to or may eject from the hotel or lodging premises:

  1. Person Unwilling or Unable to Pay
  2. Minor
  3. Property Dangerous to Others
  4. Limit on Occupants Exceeded
  5. Violates Laws or Rules, Endangers Others...
