The two-day event will take place at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, on May 31 – June 1, joining together the Twenty-first Annual Education Scholarship Dinner with the 11th Annual Maine Innkeepers Association Hospitality Golf Classic.
The Scholarship dinner will kick off the Big Event with a cocktail hour, followed by the award ceremony; and awards being presented by the benefactors. The evening will continue with a dinner, and wrap up with entertainment from The Odd Company consisting of Mike Miclon, an unparalleled verbal and physical wit and host of the sell-out phenomenon “The Early Evening Show” featured on CBS Sunday Morning; Amanda Huotari, an observer of human obsessions, from the Boston improv comedy troupe “Juice;” and Fritz Grobe, a four-time gold medalist at the International Jugglers' Festival, founder of the dance and juggling ensemble “blink.”
The Big Event continues the next day with the 11th Annual Maine Innkeepers Association Hospitality Golf Classic, held at the Samoset Golf Club.
