2017 Seminar – “Best Practices in Acquiring your Target Customers”

The Maine Innkeepers Association, in conjunction with the Education Committee of the Association, is pleased to announce the first of our annual series of educational seminars for 2017, “Best Practices in Acquiring your Target Customers.” This event will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the Embassy Suites at the Portland Jetport. This is an all day seminar and currently is scheduled to run from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm and includes lunch. The cost for the seminar is $69 per person. The Embassy Suites at the Portland Jetport has extended a fabulous room rate of $105 for those needing to stay over. Lina Serpil Rotchadl currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband working out of Sabre’s Bethesda, MD offices. Having graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree and in 2015 from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with an MBA degree, Mrs. Rotchadl has a strong background in hospitality, strategy, and international business. Upon graduation from Cornell, Lina was hired by Sabre Hospitality Solutions, a division of Sabre Corporation. Sabre Hospitality is one of three business units within Sabre that leverages the strength and breadth of Sabre’s technology, marketing and distribution tools to bring hotel suppliers a global end-to-end solution. As Director of Sales in North America, Mrs. Rotchadl manages the relationship between Sabre Hospitality’s Digital and Distribution arms with prospective clients. Lina’s primary focus and area of expertise has been to surrounding brand.com acquisition strategies, website design, development, and on-going e-marketing distribution for some of the country’s most notable clients. Having jumped from Account Management to Business Development has enabled Mrs. Rotchadl to take a more consultative approach to understanding and solving clients’ problems, a sales style harnesses long-term partnerships and trust with each customer.
