Properties of all sizes spend valuable resources on web design, branding, and user experience; and your booking engine solution must do the same. Your property needs an infinitely customizable booking solution including look and feel, shopping/booking path, multilingual descriptive content, imagery and videos, a la carte retailing, and upselling – all while converting at nearly twice the industry average. In a 2015-2016 case study, early adopters of fully-responsive and customizable Booking Engines, like SynXis, saw conversion uplift of 24% on desktop and 112% on mobile devices (defined as tablet and smartphone combined). With over 400 customizable attributes that help you define the shopping experience for each individual guest’s needs and preferences, ensuring the right information is being delivered at the right time to the right person is crucial. Imagine the near future when your guest’s experience begins not at check-in, but with your brand’s device-responsive, fully-branded, and customized booking engine, empowering them to shop how they wish, and inspiring them to commit more of their travel budget to you before ever having stepped on property. Well, the future is here and we will show you how to utilize the right technology to set your properties apart from the competition.
